Chromatographer Training
Chromatographer Training is a certificate program in partnership with Thermo Fisher Scientific for professionals from Syngene QC and Biocon R&D departments. The goal of the training program is to enhance the technical skills of the analysts and offer a complete understanding of the chromatography software. The 3-week program was successfully completed in September.
Q-Readi
Q-Readi is a pilot program designed for employees in Quality and Production Functions. The goal of the program is to help you develop strong understanding of cGMP principles which impact day-to-day activities and reinforce essential fundamentals of Quality for employees at supervisory levels. Around 400 quality professionals would be participating in this program.
Language Enhancement and Technical Writing Skills
LETS is a certificate program in partnership with Prescription Pharma Support for identified employees from Syngene Quality and GxP Business Units. The program was launched in the first week of September with a goal to provide skills needed to communicate information gained from technical work and draft technical records as per national and international standards.
